This Privacy Policy outlines how CEREBREXIA'25 ("we," "us," or "our"), organized by IGIMS Patna, collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users ("User" or "you") of the CEREBREXIA'25 website and services. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CEREBREXIA'25 website and its services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Registration and Entry Protocol

  • All participants must register through the official CEREBREXIA'25 website. On-spot registrations may be available for select events, subject to availability and at the organizers' discretion.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid college ID card are mandatory for all participants for verification and entry into the festival premises.
  • Registrations are strictly non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer a registration will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
  • The organizers hold the right to refuse admission or eject any person from the event premises for behavior deemed disorderly, unsafe, or in violation of the event's Code of Conduct.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of CEREBREXIA'25 or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

The organizers of CEREBREXIA'25, IGIMS Patna, its staff, and volunteers will not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to person or property sustained by participants. All participants assume full responsibility for their personal belongings and their own safety and well-being.

Code of Conduct

1. Our Pledge

We, the organizers of CEREBREXIA'25, are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming experience for everyone. We believe every participant has the right to enjoy the festival without fear of harassment, discrimination, or discomfort.

2. Expected Behavior

  • Be Respectful: Treat all fellow participants, artists, staff, and volunteers with courtesy and respect. We are a diverse community, and respectful interaction is paramount.
  • Be Inclusive: Welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities.
  • Be Aware: Be mindful of your surroundings and the people around you. If you witness a situation that looks unsafe or violates this code, please report it to a staff member.

3. Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior is not tolerated and includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment in any form, including offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion.
  • Intimidation, stalking, following, or non-consensual photography or recording.
  • Sustained disruption of talks, performances, or other events.
  • Inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Possession of any illegal substance, weapon, or outside alcohol on the premises.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

If you are the subject of or witness to any violations of this Code of Conduct, please seek out the nearest event staff or volunteer, who will be identifiable by official CEREBREXIA'25 apparel or badges. You may also report issues at the main registration desk. All reports will be treated seriously and confidentially. Any participant found to be violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the festival without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All fees paid for registrations for events, workshops, and pronites at CEREBREXIA'25 are strictly non-refundable. We incur significant costs in advance of the festival, and this policy is in place to ensure the successful execution of all planned activities. We urge you to be certain of your availability and participation before completing any payment.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the rare and unforeseen circumstance that a specific event or workshop is officially canceled by the CEREBREXIA'25 organizing committee, registered participants for that specific event will be eligible for a full refund of the fee paid for that event only. The process and timeline for such refunds will be communicated via the email address provided during registration.

3. Participant Non-Attendance

No refunds will be provided for participants who are unable to attend an event for which they have registered, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, personal emergencies, travel disruptions, or scheduling conflicts.

4. Transaction and Payment Issues

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the transaction is successfully completed. In case of a payment failure or a double charge, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID and a screenshot of the issue.
