Welcome, out-of-town participants! We offer comfortable and secure accommodation within walking distance of the fest grounds. Facilities are separate for male and female attendees. Spots are limited, so submit your request early to secure your stay!
Important Information
Charges (Tentative): ₹400 per person, per night. The final amount and payment link will be emailed upon confirmation.
Check-in Process: Upon arrival, visit the Accommodation Help Desk with a valid Government/College ID and a copy of your confirmation email to receive your mandatory Accommodation Pass.
Male Accommodation
Type: Dormitory style (4-6 persons per room)
Amenities Included:
- Bunk bed with mattress, pillow, and a light blanket
- Individual lockable storage unit (bring your own lock)
- Shared, hygienic washrooms with running water
- 24/7 Security and Warden supervision
Female Accommodation
Type: Dormitory style (3-4 persons per room)
Amenities Included:
- Bed with mattress, pillow, and a light blanket
- Individual lockable storage unit (bring your own lock)
- Secure facility with Female Warden & Security
- Strict in-out timings for added safety

General Rules & Regulations
- All guests must adhere to the instructions of coordinators and security staff.
- Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any illicit substances is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings. Please use the provided lockers and bring your own padlock.
- Any damage to property will result in fines and/or disciplinary action.
- Please maintain cleanliness and decorum. Loud music and disturbances will not be tolerated, especially during quiet hours (11 PM - 7 AM).
- The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel accommodation for any participant found violating the rules, without any refund.
