Terms & Conditions for Fest Registration
Welcome to CEREBREXIA'25 Fest Registration! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. By clicking 'Accept & Proceed', you agree to be bound by these terms.
What Your Fest Pass Includes:
Access to all Pro-Nite events (typically 2-3 nights, specific dates on schedule).
Entry to specified day events (cultural, academic, sports - check event details for any separate participation fees for competitive events).
Access to guest lectures and workshops (some workshops may have limited seats/additional fees).
A CEREBREXIA'25 welcome kit (subject to availability, for early bird/full pass holders).
Registration & Payment:
The standard fest registration fee is ₹1600 per person (unless altered by valid coupons/offers).
Group enrollment: For every 8 members in a group who purchase the fest pass, one member gets free entry (i.e., you pay for 7 passes, the 8th is free). This applies to the base fest pass price.
Coupon Codes:
`IGIMSMBBS`: 40% off the fest pass for current IGIMS, Patna students (College ID verification may be required at entry).
Other coupons apply as per their specific terms. Coupons are single-use and non-transferable. Only one coupon per transaction.
All payments are to be made online through our secure payment gateway.
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/QR code.
Event Access & Rules:
IGIMS, Patna students who have successfully registered for the Fest Pass (paid or via `IGIMSMBBS` coupon) will get free entry to participate in most day events. Some specialized workshops or premium events might have separate charges.
Students from other colleges will need to pay applicable participation fees for individual day events if they have not purchased the full Fest Pass, or if the event has a separate fee even for Fest Pass holders.
Attendees must adhere to all rules and regulations of IGIMS Patna and CEREBREXIA'25.
Entry is based on valid registration (QR code) and identity verification (College ID + Govt. ID).
The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals for misconduct without refund.
Prohibited items, alcohol, and illegal substances are not allowed.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
All Fest Registrations are strictly **non-refundable** and **non-transferable**.
